First Contact

The process begins when the family or individual contacts our organization.

During the first meeting;

This meeting is held both to inform the family about our organization and to better understand their needs.

Preliminary Assessment

Following the initial consultation, the individual's care and support needs are assessed in more detail.

Areas such as these are discussed.

This assessment helps determine whether an individual can adequately benefit from the services offered by our institution.

Assessment of Health and Care Information

Necessary information and documents regarding the individual's current health status are evaluated.

Doctor's reports,
Important information regarding medical history,
Special care requirements

Information is obtained about it.

This information is important for planning the maintenance process safely and accurately.

Institution and Family Interview

The family and individual are informed about the living spaces, daily operations, and services offered by our institution.

During this meeting;

Information about it is shared.

The family's questions, expectations, and specific requests are also considered at this stage.

Assessment of Eligibility for Acceptance

Based on the discussions and evaluations conducted, the individual's needs and the services our institution can offer are considered together.

The acceptance process is planned according to the needs that can be met within the scope of our institution's services.

If an individual's needs fall outside the scope of our institution's services and care, the family will be provided with clear and accurate information about the process.

Creating a Maintenance Plan

Following the admission process, a care and support plan is developed according to the individual's needs.

As part of the planning;

Drug tracking processes,
Nutrition,
Cognitive and social activities,
Psychosocial support,
Health check-ups

Needs such as these are assessed.

The care process is monitored according to the individual's needs and re-evaluated as necessary.

Institutional Orientation Process

Being accepted into the institution is a significant change in an individual's life. Therefore, we prioritize ensuring that the adaptation process is as calm and supportive as possible from the very first days.
