Authorized Visiting Areas: Visits are restricted to the designated visitor room or the garden area. In necessary circumstances (e.g., bedridden residents or if the visitor room is occupied), visits may take place in the resident's room or another area approved by management, accompanied by a staff member.

Photography and Video Recording: The use of cameras, video recorders, or smartphones with camera capabilities is strictly prohibited anywhere within the facility premises, starting from the main entrance gate. If photography is required, please consult a member of the professional staff.

Food and Beverage Policy: Bringing food items (packaged or unpackaged) is generally discouraged. Any food items brought into the facility must be inspected and approved by health personnel prior to delivery. Approved food products must only be given to your designated resident and never shared with other residents. Unconsumed items must be taken back upon departure.

Medication Restrictions: Bringing medication from outside is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized medication is detected, legal action will be initiated by the facility management.

Prohibited Items: Personal care products or items that are sharp, pointed, flammable, or hazardous are strictly forbidden inside the facility.

Privacy and Room Conduct: For visits occurring in resident rooms, the privacy of other residents must be strictly respected. A maximum of two visitors is permitted in a resident’s room at any one time.

Visiting Duration: Unless a valid exception is granted, visits must not exceed 30 minutes. Extended visitations require prior approval from management.

General Conduct: Visitors are expected to keep noise levels down and speak quietly. Please refrain from disturbing other residents, asking unnecessary or intrusive questions, and ensure full respect for their privacy.

Emergency Exits & Facilities: Fire exits, emergency escape doors, and stairwells must not be used for any purpose other than emergencies. Unnecessary or persistent visitation requests outside of designated visiting hours are not permitted.

Departure and Smoking Policy: Visitors must vacate the facility promptly at the end of the visiting period without waiting for staff reminders and inform personnel upon departure. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the facility grounds and outside designated smoking areas.

Registration Requirement: In accordance with legal regulations, all visitors are required to complete the check-in register and sign the logbook. Please assist our staff during this process.
